Pragyan – Realized Wisdom

Introduction to Aditi Raghav

Aditi Raghav is the spiritual identity of a millennial spiritual coach. Aditi Raghav was born and brought up in Bharat/India. Academically, she pursued her basic degrees in maths, physics and chemistry and an MBA degree in finance from VTU University. Parallelly, she also received 9 years of spiritual education in the Sathya Sai Organisation under its Bala Vikas Programme, where she not only learnt about Bharath’s culture & spirituality but also yoga & meditation. The programme laid a strong foundation and developed her strong personality, which assisted her in dealing with the unnatural challenges she faced in her career.

Professionally, she had gathered around 9 years of work experience in various IT companies in Corporate India before becoming a full-time spiritual coach. During those 9 years, while playing various entry level roles in companies, she managed to do in-depth field research on “the root causes of gender inequality” that exists in the hiring and promotion processes. In order to do that, she had to start somewhere. Given the fact that Corporate does not open doors for women in management roles, regardless of merit and experience women possess, the only way she found to enter Corporate India was through choosing to work as a data entry executive. She, who is a B.SC. MBA finance, was offered that job not because she lacked the necessary merit but because there were no scientifically laid-out interview processes and tests that selected suitable candidates for the role and not to forget about the dominant gender biases and belief systems that ruled and still rule corporate India. She realised the actual reason for the absence of a merit-based system was not just gender bias or a belief system of pseudo patriarchy, but the extensive use of tantra and tantric practices in Corporate Indian culture. In order to move ahead in her career, and to get promoted to a management role, she was asked to do chemistry business with seniors/management men on weekends over wine and dinner. Given her strong character and personality, which she developed in her childhood as a result of her spiritual and cultural upbringing, she did not compromise her values and walked out of her corporate career.

And it did not end the problem but only started and multiplied quickly, since her seniors became enraged for her audacity and daringness to move out freely as opposed to accept, stay devoted to them and follow their path. So, they started to chase her wherever she went to work while also misusing their political and corporate privileges to demand the companies that hired her to block list her, citing false accusations to cover their blunders. It’s then she realised she was dealing with a Karmic set of people and a Karmic situation!

Without falling into the bottomless pit of victimhood, she got into action and started her research in Vedic science and Bharat’ culture. She shushed away the pity dog that kept following her through, turning the biggest hurdle of her life into her opportunity with her proactive movement to find the answers and solutions to the karmic situations. What she realized post research work was mind-blowing! She realized the dominant presence of tantric practices such as Bharatanatyam tantra, Varanasi tantra, Bharata/vi tantra, Kularnava tantra in corporate India. So, obviously, merit had no place and all the hiring and promotion with respect to women were happening against the backdrop of tantric practices and tantric people who were sitting as part of men’s management. Since Tantra was extensively used to hire and promote people, Karmic situations were obvious. I will write separately on how Tantra and Karmic situations are connected and why both cannot exist without each other. Since this is a brief introduction to Aditi Raghav and her lifelong work, I had to mention the chronological events that led her to do in-depth research in Vedic Culture and Vedic literature. So, apart from this research, there are no professional achievements to mention as such. And all through her career she worked only in entry-level roles, and you can say, mostly, she managed to survive in the industry. However, due to the grace of the goddess Aditi, she has gained immense spiritual wisdom in the recent past In the last 9 years, she has spent her life in a mostly contemplative state of mind with the bare minimum of human interaction, which eventually cleared her path to reach Goddess Aditi and her pure wisdom that’s preserved in the form of Vedas – Bharath’s spiritual literature.
